A two-factor authentication service. First spotted via MyOpenID’s use thereof. PhoneFactor advocates online banking security via Two Factor authentication, Phone Call/SMS Code/etc. are some of many ways to do that.
(But it’d be freaking nice if they all supported my PayPal OTP too.)
